This cozy cottage is located just 25 ft. from the shores of Long Pond (nine miles long). Privately situated on a dead-end road yet conveniently only 10 minutes from Jackman and 20 minutes from Rockwood. The cottage sits pleasantly on a flat grassy lot with 300 ft. frontage on the lake.

Maine’s Interstate snowmobile trail system is directly lakefront of the propriety and reaches Jackman and Rockwood. Big Squaw Mt. Ski area is 30 minutes away for those who pursue downhill skiing. Activities in the area include canoeing, boating, white water rafting, moose watching, hiking, fishing and hunting.
